RE/MAX 3000 was founded in July 2001 by Mrs. Karen Kazandjian and opened its doors in September 2001 in an office on rue de Salaberry in Montreal. Since its founding, RE/MAX 3000 has made a constant effort to acquire one of the most enviable reputations, being honored on several occasions at the local, national and international level. This reputation is based mainly on the competence of their members and the quality of the services offered to their clients.
In 2019, the New Development Division (DND) was created to support various projects in the province.
In 2020, RE/MAX 3000 continued their expansion in the mortgage field, activating their own mortgage cabinet with the AMF. In this way, they are proud to provide their brokers and their customers with several options to facilitate transactions and offer a turnkey service all under one roof while keeping their brokers the point of reference with their clients.
In 2022, despite the pandemic, RE/MAX 3000 recorded a record year with more than 1.5 billion in sales.

Opération Enfant Soleil
For 35 years, RE/MAX has been supporting Opération Enfant Soleil, a non-profit organization that raises funds to help sick children in the province. Since 1988, RE/MAX has raised more than $25 million to support the development of high-quality pediatrics for all children in Quebec.
