Non-smoking unit (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping).
Short-term rentals are strictly prohibited (Airbnb and similar platforms are not permitted).
Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability coverage prior to occupancy and maintain it throughout the lease term.
Tenant must submit a credit check satisfactory to the landlord.
Proof of employment and/or references will be required.
First month's rent is due upon signing of the lease.
No alterations to the unit or painting may be done without the landlord's written consent.
At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at move-in, excluding normal wear and tear.
Any subletting or lease assignment must be approved in writing by the landlord.
