Conditions:
* The residence must be returned in the same condition as it was before the rental (except for
normal wear and tear).
* No structural changes without prior written permission of the owner.
* All walls, wooden doors, frames, baseboards, flooring must not be painted.
* Tenants will be responsible for any repairs due to misuse or neglect.
* No subletting
* Tenants must provide the following documents: letter from employer, bank reference, and credit
check. The results of a credit check of the tenant must be acceptable to the landlord prior to
signing the lease
* Tenant must provide $1M liability insurance prior to occupancy.
* No smoking, no cannabis
* Pets must be approved by the lessor
