** The tenant will be responsible to provide liability insurance of 2M before the date of
occupancy and provide such proof for every year of the lease renewal.
** No smoking of any kind
** Animals must be approved by the lessor
** The tenant must provide references and employment verification
** All tenants must provide a credit report. The results of the credit check must be accepted by
the lessor prior to the signing of the lease agreement.
** The cultivation, processing, production, and sale of cannabis and its by-products are
prohibited.
** The residence shall be returned in the state it was prior to the leasing (except the normal
wear
and tear).
** Tenant must agree to the building rules prior to signing the lease.
