- Small cat or dog allowed. No more than 15 pounds. Must be approved by landlord.

- No holes on the doors and minimal on the wall

- No smoking (inside the apartment), smoking marijuana (inside and outside the apartment) and no vaping inside the apartment

- No change of locks without the agreement of the owner. The owner must have a copy of the keys at all times.

- No modification or alteration, such as painting, installation of light fixtures, etc., is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner.

- No signs, displays, flags, etc. are permitted in windows, balconies or other common areas of the property.

- Battery replacements, light bulb replacements, filter cleaning and regular maintenance shall be the tenant's responsibility.

- At the end of the lease, the property must be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear.

- Lost items, broken equipment and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratched or bumpy floors, damaged appliances, etc. will be the responsibility of tenant and will be repaired, replaced or repaired at the tenant's expense.

- It is forbidden to sublet, Airbnb, or assign the lease without the prior consent of the owner. The tenant will pay the related costs.

- It is mandatory to have rental liability insurance for the duration of the lease. Additional insurance for personal effects is strongly recommended.

- The tenant must keep the property clean and in good condition.

- The tenant agrees to pay any expense due to his fault, negligence or non-compliance with the internal regulations.

- The potential tenant must fill out the credit check application provided by the real estate broker and must provide an employment letter or proof of salary at the same time signing the promise to lease.

- Tenant insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 civil liability is required before signing the lease.

- All visits must give a notice of at least 24 hours.
