- No change of locks without the agreement of the owner. The owner must have a copy of the keys at all times.

- No modification or alteration, such as painting, installation of light fixtures, etc., is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner.

- No signs, displays, flags, etc. are permitted in windows, balconies or other common areas of the property.

- Battery replacements, light bulb replacements, filter cleaning and regular maintenance shall be the tenant's responsibility.

- At the end of the lease, the property must be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear.

- Lost items, broken equipment and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratched or bumpy floors, damaged appliances, etc. will be the responsibility of tenant and will be repaired, replaced or repaired at the tenant's expense.
