Rental conditions:

- No smoking cigarettes, cannabis, vaping or other recreational drugs in the unit.
- No pets
- Minimum 12 month lease
- References, credit check and letter of employment required
- Instalment for the first months rent payable to the Lessor upon signing the lease
- Prior to obtaining the keys, the Lessee must provide proof of liability insurance and transfer of electricity
- Building moving fees for reserving the elevator are the lessee's responsibility
- Tenant must respect the Declaration of Co-ownership
- Sublets and lease transfers conditional to lessor's approval
- Absolutely no short-term subletting or room rentals

The following fines will apply for short term rentals:

First offense: 2000$
Second offense: 3000$
Third offense: 4000$
