- The Annex to lease will have to be signed and submitted with the promise to lease .

-It is mandatory to have liability insurance throughout the duration of the lease
-In the event of loss or breakage of magnetic chips , the replacement will be at tenants expense .
- The promising tenants must respect the building regulations as well as the declaration of condominium.
- It is forbidden to repaint the condo or to make holes in the walls unless otherwise specified and owner's permission.
- The costs of moving in/moving out and any possible deposit in connection with the management of the building, will be the responsibility of the tenants.
