**Declarations**

-Raymond Chabot Inc. (the Receiver) is a party to this brokerage agreement and to the sale as receiver of the assets of 9393-9965 Québec Inc. (the Debtor). The sale will be made with the legal warranty of quality, which is offered and assumed by the Debtor itself, including, in particular, all contractual warranties that the Debtor benefits from the various contractors and subcontractors who participated in the renovation of the building, if applicable, as well as all protection under the insurance contracts in force (referred to as the Warranty).

The Buyer therefore acknowledges that the Trustee makes no representation and assumes no responsibility, in any capacity, personal or otherwise, with respect to the Warranty offered by the Debtor in connection with the sale, with the Trustee being entirely exempt from any liability under said Warranty.

-The choice of inspectors shall be agreed to by both parties prior to inspection.

-The stove(s), fireplace(s), combustion appliance(s) and chimney(s) are sold without any warranty with respect to their compliance with applicable regulations and insurance company requirements.
