The tenant agrees to:
(1) Return the premises in the same condition as when they were received, taking into account
normal wear and tear (this includes repairing any damage to walls, such as holes from nails or
other temporary fixtures);
(2) Have the apartment professionally cleaned at their own expense prior to moving out;
(3) Provide the landlord, prior to taking possession of the premises, with proof of liability
insurance in the amount of $2 million, as well as insurance coverage for their personal
belongings. This insurance must remain in effect for the entire duration of the lease;
(4) Acknowledge that the backyard is for the exclusive use of 906 Canora;
(5) Refrain from any short-term rental or sublease.
Regulations :
- Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited;
- No consumption or cultivation of cannabis, indoors or outdoors;
